Is this enough water to drink a day?!
Is that enough?
Answers: I try to drink four .5L (1 pt, 0.9 FL OZ) bottles of water a day.
Is that enough?
Take your body weight and multiply it by .08. That factors out to cups of water per day.
Here's a hydration calculator: http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwat...
It might seem likle evough to you, but to get full health and energy, you need 10-11 bottles of water a day
A half liter is nowhere near enough. go for a gallon.
It is recommended that the average person drinks two litres per day.
3L of water a day is good...i think...too littlle h20 is bad 4 u too much h20 is bad fir u it can kill u. its call water poisining. bet u didnt know that
Ps im the best
I think it might be enough. It's not like you're going to die of thirst if you don't drink 11 bottles of water. That might make you really quenched..
something is better than nothing..Some people dont even drink that much..
But the recommended ammount is 8-10 bottles
too much isn't good for you 'cause you'll flush all your nutrients out... but I'd say increase by 2 more bottles.
it depends on your weight. divide your weight in two, and drinl that many ounces of water. so, if you weight 120 pounds, drink 60m ounces of water. there is such a thing as drinking too much water. a few years ago, some wacky radio DJ had a contest to see who could drink the most water without urinating. the "winner" died.
8-10 cups of water seems to have most benefits and least bad (like flushing your vitamins and good stuff from your body)
That is enough and good for you
