Wal-Mart, Grocery Stores all sell almond bark in large chunks in the baking isles.

check the baking isle at your local grocery store they should be near the choc chips.
Walmart sells the Lindt bars, including white chocolate for about $2.00. They're near the bagged candy and licorice I think.
Usually big superstore chains will have enough variety and will carry white chocolate. I recommend Super-walmart, Big-K or Krogers. Also check the local malls as there are usually a few candy retailers in those with lots of variety.
