Question about what I should eat for a very sensitive stomach?!

Question: I got raised eating super healthy foods, and so whenever I want to drink even hot chocolate with cream or sugary candy my stomach is super sensitive to it and I always end up getting sick from it and nearly throw up. I've given up ice cream, milk with fat, and soda. What should I do/what should I eat if I have a big sugar craving or a craving for fatty foods?

When you crave sweets, eat dried fruit. ( with no sugar added) Fruit rollups or such. Carob is wonderful stuff! It makes a good hot chocolate or cold chocolate type drink. Use Stevia as a sweetener, and cinnamon for extra flavor.
Make your self a granola, using your fave grains, nuts and fruits.
Mix plain yogurt with lots of fresh fruit..simply delicious!
When all else fails, eat a dill pickle..that changes the tastebud's 'setting' and takes away cravings.

This question is probably best answered by your doctor. when I was having a problem with my stomach they had me on the BRAT diet.

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

But you cannot live off of these items only, so contact your doctor for the best foods for you.

you might have colitis; you should probably go to the gastroentenologist to get that checked out. i'm sure anything in moderation would be okay but if you have a real issue, you may be aggravating your stomach lining and then it wont be worth it.

The BRAT diet is always a good idea but I would see a doctor as that diet is old and gets you the bear necessities.

For something sweet I would try a couple of strawberries.

just eat small amounts and work your way up to it
