Start slowly with easily digested & simple foods.

Toast with a very light covering of spread, scambled eggs, even a plain cookie with a cup of tea. You want to slowly get your stomach used to having food in it again. Avoid anything high fat or uncooked dairy & high fiber.

well u should probably eat healthy and things that are good 4 youre stomach but just 2 be safe u should prabrobly ask youre doctor it will be much safer! Report It

  • Eat lots of Yogurt!!! It is really good for your stomach! It is easy to digest and is healthy for you!

Also, chicken soup is always great!

Also, some saltine crackers with cheese are good.....

Start out with a small bowl of soup and maybe some crackers. If that doesn't satisfy you, then try a peanut butter sandwich or something. It'll help you.

It sounds like you are getting better but dont push it! just for now eat something like oat meal or soup just for now anyway, youre body needs rest and to eat somthing that is to much for it to handle is not the wisest thing to do.

hi! i just recovered from fever also. in your case, try soft diet first until you feel well. drink a lot of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Hot tea and toast or crackers, just a few. Jell-o & gram crackers. Soups.

You should sip little bits of water and you should eat a chinese dish called conji look it up on google and they will give the recipie FEEL BETTER!

A Hispanic friend of mine swears that a whole jalapeno and 2 shots of tequila twice a day will kick a cold or flu in a hurry. Fun idea but it looses some glamor for me when im actually sick, so I never tried it.

I always prefer liquid food when i was sick.
    Rice porridge is my favourite
You can just dump rice and some chicken with lots lots of water and let it boil
I also prefer to serve it with vegemite or some salt/sesame oilt to taste
It's healthy with carb, protein and vitamins from vegemite

YOU WANT TO EAT BLAND FOODS LIKE SOUP, CRACKERS, JELLO, AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP FLUIDS GOING

Fresh, light fruit and crackers. Nothing heavy in oils, sauces, etc. Maybe some very bland veggies with nothing on them.

start with something light, maybe just clear liquids, like sprite, then graduate to saltine crackers or soft buttered toast.

Chicken Soup if anything or just the broth. Also have some crackers with it.
