Where can I find Donair Sauce in the US or a place that will ship it?!

Question: My husband is from Prince Edward Island and misses Donair Sauce. I have tried making some but it turned out horribly! He hasn't been home in 5 years and I'd love to be able to feed him some. Does anybody know of some available in the midwest? Or is there a Pizza Delight that will deliver some? :o)

You can make from this recipe

6 ounces [190 mL] evaporated milk, very cold [very important]
1/3 cup [80 mL] sugar
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar

Beat together evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder, at high speed of an electric mixer.
Pour in vinegar.
Beat until of desired consistency.

You could try powdered sugar

"I don't know, but my sisters boyfriend is from Edmonton, Canada and makes the most delicious - but ONLY Donairs I've ever had, they are so delicious that I want to have them right now, since you've written about them, but he makes his sauce at home...and I've never heard of being able to buy it anywhere in the US."

HERES THE UPDATE:

he got his recipe from this website and its really great and he's pretty picky about food and an excellent cook, also its really easy, I made it tonight for the first time......

***For the sauce to not be gritty, make it one night ahead and the next day it should be dissolved.

"For the true donair fan. this recipe is tried and tested. If you enjoy Halifax donair's then you'll love this recipe. When making this recipe use only the finest spices available, they make a huge difference."

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound ground beef

SAUCE
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
3/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons white vinegar, or as needed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a cup or small bowl, mix together the salt, oregano, flour, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Place the ground beef in a large bowl, and use your hands to blend in the spice mixture. If you want the smooth texture of meat that you see in a real donair shop, you must do this in a steel mixing bowl and on a sturdy surface. Pick up the meat, and throw it down with force about 20 times, kneading it after each throw. This also helps the meat hold together better when you slice it.
Form the meat into a loaf, and place it on a broiler pan. If you do not have one, a baking sheet will do.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, turning the loaf over about half way through. This will ensure even cooking. This cuts better if you chill the meat overnight before slicing.
To make the donair sauce, mix together the evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in the white vinegar, adding 1 teaspoon at a time, until thickened to your desired consistency.
