Expiration dates on canned goods?!

Question: I have some pediasure drinks and they expired on 2/07 are they still good or should I throw them away, I know sometimes things stay good after the expiration date but how long.

I'd throw that out. You can probably get away with a few weeks, perhaps months beyond the expiration date on canned goods, but a year? I wouldn't risk it.

Considering it's a year out, you should probably throw it away. The preservatives in most canned goods only work for so long.

Usually if there is no buckoing in the can, they are OK...but I personally woulnd't want to take any chances. Since that esp. date is pretty far off, not just a short time, I would get rid of them.

I wouldn't chance it with it being over a year I would just throw it out.
