if you are craving something sweet, try unsweetened apple sauce, it is really filling. Fruit is really good too. Something that is personally like is peanutbutter filled pretzel bites from whole foods, they are filled with protein and is salty if you like that. It is also really healthy, i could eat them all day!

sliced carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, olives, pickles, celery with ranch dressing

crackers with shredded cheese, melted in microwave.

fruit cocktail, canned fruits.

my siste always ate cerial and that makes sence because its good for you and also it is filling

nuts and fruit..

i think veggies that are naturally sweet are good to snack on. like red bell peppers if u cut them into thin slices, boiled corn a cub (just put the entire corn into boiling water and wait till it floats).

i think finger foods are also fun to make and fun to eat. u can put bits of smoked salmon or tuna from can on crackers and eat those as snakes as well :]

hope u like these ideas. try them they're reli yummy !

unsalted trail mix, granola such as kashi brand, bananas, oatmeal, carrots, rice cakes, berries, wheat thins, unsalted nuts such as almonds pistachios and cashews.

Dried fruit like dried peaches, apples, berries, apricots.

Several soy products such as soynuts, soy chips and soy milk.
