How much cheese does Italy produce in one day?!

Question: Total production annual is near 1 million and a hundred tons every year, meaning near 2800 tons per day.
NOT including butter (further 12000 tons per year, 33 per day) and yogurt.

From ISTAT (Official Italian Institute for Statistics) http://www.istat.it/agricoltura/datiagri...
check (for 2006) "Tavola 2.6" (is an .xls document, to be opened with programs like MS Office or OpenOffice); they report total production for the entire year, region by region and according to the kind of cheese.
