How long do you keep fish frozen?!

Up to a year, I'm not kidding. My uncle is a fisherman in Alaska and he freezes the fish and then brings it down at Christmas.

6 months to year-it depends on the type of fish.White fleshed fish lasts longer in a freezer than pink fleshed fish.I'm not sure why this is but it's what the standards say for group home management.
