Anyone got any info on Grapeseed Oil?!
Answers: I bought some at the weekend instead of Olive Oil as it was cheaper and just wondered if it was considered one of the more 'healthy oils to use?
From what I've been told and read, the health side of using grapeseed oil is the same as olive oil. I use grapeseed oil because of the higher heat tolerance over olive oil.
