I went to France over Summer Break, and the cheese there was pretty good, but otherwise, your right. Cheese here in the states is pretty disgusting, but ice cream is great! Go Ben & Jerry's!

Do I hate cheese? There are some I totally dislike......all the sharp ones like Parmesan, Romano, extra sharp cheddar and that type. I do like mild cheeses but try to cut down cause of the cholesterol factor. However, lately they are saying it doesn't matter. Soft cheeses like cream cheese and other spreads, are delicious on bagels and crackers.
