Answers: Is a roast chicken on a wrap with lettuce carrot cucumber and old english cheese actully bad for me? would a home made sandwhich be healthier?
eat whatever the **** you like. only variables that matter (in my opinion) are:
eat when your hungry, stop when full.
eat *real food*
oh..and allow yourself to enjoy and appreciate every morsel. dont feel guilty just cuz you like something.

the only thing that could be kinda bad for u is the cheese, but if u only get a little then it should be fine. overall it is healthy. u could add more veggies though to make it better.
subway is healthy food ,low in fat and sweet , just make sure u dont get to much cheese or fatty sauce, sweet onion chiken is only 6 g fat for 12" . make sure to get it toasted.
Subway SUCKS....it don't taste good and you would save so much more money buying your own lunchmeat. This way, YOU KNOW what you're consuming. Calorie count, etc.
well its always better to go with homemade because then you'd be able to be more open to the different chickens, breads, mayo and the such..just watch what you put in there, while at subway..its just that ya know?

yes subway is bad for you but everyone knows that homemade things are the best and healthiest sometimes it just depends on your weight so if you are plump give it a break but if you are slim it sometimes does not affect because i eat alot of things though i am still very very slim

It's not unhealthy, but if you are counting calories, it is easier to add them up, plus if you make the same thing yourself, you can shop around and find fat free/reduced fat items. cheese is typically full of fat, but is a good source of protien. You can find fat free cheeses. Omitting mayonase/sauces is another good idea. olive oil is fattening, but it is a healthy fat. Substituting spinach or romaine lettuce for iceberg is a more nutritious switch!
Subway is a good choice eating takeout. It depends what you use at home to make lunch.
