Answers: just wondered

It's all about fish oil--they're rich in omega 3 fatty acids. They have an anti-inflammatory effect, which is supposed to reduce risk of heart disease among many other things. This is typically in cold water fish.

They, like any fish, especially oily, have Omega 3 which is good for you.

They are a good source of Niacin and Calcium, Protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Selenium.

Fish are also high in EFAs (essential fatty acids)
