I think you may have asked the right person! I also have this problem.

I add:
Salt
Pepper
Tabasco
Garlic powder
Parsley

These are all really common ingredients, but you will taste the difference.

And also, Start eating the noodles less than three minutes after pouring the water in. Because they tend to get soggy and lose all consistency. Its much more enjoyable when you have something to bite in to.

If you have time and are at home, I would drain the water out, put the noodles in a bowl, add the seasonings from above, and eat it with some cut up fried egg or leftover chicken strips or something. Yummy.

I put a small can of sliced mushrooms in my top ramen, or some sliced chicken breast that i buy already cut up from the supermarket. you could also try a little soy sauce or duck sauce (the peachy tasting stuff)

Add cubed cheese after it is done, or less water and some cream after done...

I want one!!!!!!!!!!!!

BOIL IT THEN DRAIN WATER AND ADD CHEESE HHMMM NOW IM HUNGRY -_-

I cut up chicken breasts and put it in and add some extra veges. You can get the frozen ones and cook them in the micorwave for like 3 minutes. Its quick and adds some flavor.
But if you wanted to do that at work it may be tough to have to bring that stuff with you. How about adding hot sauce...or soy sauce to change up the flavor a little bit.

I always add hot sauce.
Veggies like peas, cut carrots, etc, are also good- just add the frozen veggies to the noodles right before you add the water.
If you have more time, try them with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and shrimp (skip the seasoning package).

Most of the foods in the prior answers won't fit in a cup of noodles. I scrap all the dried vegtables and i add cheez it crackers. The taste isn't very exciting. Very often i eat Chicken Cup as my dinner. It's quick and filling.
