Quaker puts out this new kind called "Simple Harvest" that is awesome! It has whole oats, flax and other whole grains and is much better than the regular instant stuff in packets. the vanilla almond and maple pecan flavors are awesome! I eat it every morning with agave nectar on it. Try it!
