Simple apple snacks?!
Answers: I have to do snacks today and the woman wants me to use apples. The other person already did apples and peanut and i dont wanna do the same thing but i dont know whatelse there is to do that i can do fast. Any ideas
hhhhhhhmmmmmm...something with apples. all i can really think of is with peanut butter or caramel. try just randomly dipping apple slices into different sauces and stuff and choose something that tastes yummy!!

OPTION 2: APPLES/SOUR CREAM/PECANS/SUGAR
SLICE THE APPLES IN SAMALL SQUARES, MIX THEM WITH SOUR CREAM, TROW IN A COUPLE OF CRUSHED PECANS AND A LIL BIT OF SUGAR...MIX IT UP=)

Apple slices with different yougurt flavors. Mix sweet apples with more sour yougurt (such as key lime) and sour apples with sweet yougurt (such as cherry). It's really good!!
Apple Cheese Topping
Use this spread on toast, crackers or apple slices.
8 ounce package of cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium-size peeled cored Granny Smith apple
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme, basil or oregano
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and lemon juice. Grate apple directly into cheese mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper and dried herb. Cover bowl and chill approximately 1 hour.
Yield 2 1/2 cups. Serving size 2 tablespoons.
Or for a warm snack................
Ingredients:
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 loaf French bread, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
2 - 3 green apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
small round of Brie cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Toast French bread slices on baking sheet in oven until golden.
Remove rind from Brie, and slice into 1/4 inch thickness.
Slice green apples into thin slices.
Mix walnuts, brown sugar and melted butter together.
Top each slice of bread with a piece of brie, a slice of apple and top with walnut mixture.
Place on baking sheet. Bake until cheese melts. Watch carefully so that cheese doesn't burn.
