Caffeine is a drug and it looks as though you are addicted. It would be a good idea to try and cut down your coffee to once a day.
It's not bad trust me but i would drink it one times a day so you won't get to much caffine in your body.Good Luck!!!
yes its bad for youngsters as it has high caffine content you will become dependent on it.After all it is a DRUG.
