Can you help with my tassimo coffee/tea maker?!

Question: I rcvd a tassimo, but no directions. Im wondering if there is a way to adjust strength of the coffee? or increase amnt of water it uses? the coffee only makes about 3/4 cup, choc 1/2 cup. please help! thanks
