What is self-saucing pudding?!
Answers: It is a dessert that, when baked, creates a sauce. For example, I make a brownie dessert that has a regular-type batter that goes in the pan, then I cover that with brown sugar and cocoa powder followed by boiling water. The water combines with the sugar and chocolate to form a chocolate sauce. The baked brownie sort of "floats" to the top, and the sauce is underneath. Very cool, and tasty too!
