The best are when you scoop the middle out of the skins, mash with butter and cheese, put back in skins and sprinkle more cheese on top then put under grill to let the cheese brown, scrummy!

I really like them if they've been cooked in the oven long and slow and the skin is crispy. I can't understand people who don't eat the skin. What with that lovely crispy skin and soft inside YUMMY!

good idea think i will pop a few in the oven

yer they are gd

Yeah I do love em. Never had one with prawn mayo though... So I shall now try it lol.

Thanks

I love baked potatoes when they are crispy on the out and super soft and fluffy on the in...my favourite toppings are baked beans and cheese., or spicy chilli..yum!

Oh yeah. with loads of cheese and coleslaw on top, ecstasy

I cook mine until tender.....take them out of the oven slice them and load them with crumbled bacon and sharp cheddar and put them back in the over for another 5 mins....then top with sour cream and chives....

I like them with tuna amd sweetcorn or melted cheese and bacon. Delicious! They are one of my favorite meals but they have to be right. I like really crispy skin and soft fluffy potato inside.
