What all have you eaten today?!

Minestrone soup and a tossed salad

Special K cereal with soymilk, Strawberry Fruities, Chicken Gumbo soup.... that's it so far

Scrambled eggs and toast, 2 cups of coffee, and a cup of enchilada soup. Will be having fried catfish, cole slaw and pinto beans for dinner.

doughnut, chocolate, chilli, and bread w/ butter. I think i'll have some more chocolate now:0)

6 beers, some peanuts, some chips, sausage burrito hash brown and bacon egg and cheese biscuit from McDonalds, 2 chocolates, a pepsi.....considering mac n cheese.

Snyder's of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wings pretzels, 3 bottles of water and a hot dog with mustard & saurkraut.

Granola cereal with skim milk & blueberries
Cup of egg drop soup
Sandwich – whole wheat bread, lettuce, lean turkey
Banana

tea and chocolate covered biscotti. yum!

Hasn't been a good day so far

i didnt eat breakfast but i had some tuna mixed ith rice an cheese for lunch and then i had some leftover jello hearts (from yesterday) and then i had some caramel chocolate kisses

Cereal, school lunch cheeseburger (not the healthiest thing lol, White Cheddar CHEEZ-IT

Breakfast:
Small bowl of cooked hot, organic 7 grain cereal mixed with some chopped raw walnuts and organic raisins, sweetened with 1 tsp raw honey, and sprinkled with some raw wheat germ
1 orange

Lunch:
Salmon stuffed with mushrooms and spinach
some chickpea rice
and roasted mixed vegetables

I try to eat healthfully, and I love doing it!!

Breakfast- Chocolate Chip Waffles, apple juice, apple
Lunch- Penne with Broccoli, water, carrot sticks
Dinner- I don't know yet...........

Breakfast: 2 bowls of Strawberry Rice Crispies with 2% milk,

Snack: Crackers with cheese and water

Lunch: Chicken rings & motts sticks, and a soda

Dinner will be: Pork Chops, roasted potatoes, green beans, milk and for desert Double chocolate chip brownie cups (cooked in a muffin tin) with coconut and toffee bits on top. YUMMY.

I started the morning with a grapefruit and a V8. Lunch was couscous with mixed vegetables, pickled asparagus, whole wheat toast with kalamata olive tartinade and cup of Earl Grey tea.
