no you're not eating too much, but I would probably cut back on the sugars and replace it with protein of some sort and you should get more grains and dairy and stuff.

Thats not very much. I would suggest getting some more protein either from meat nuts (not the peanut butter oreos :P)

Not really! Its just lots of snacks as opposed to actual meals...And a glass of tea! You have tea in a glass? Wow, thats strange, sorry I'm British and find that a bit strange compared to a cup of tea with milk and sugar here lol

definitely not enough
looks like you ate like one meal of just snacks and desert
get more nutritional

Not really. You forgot the lemon merangue pie. The double dutch chocolate brownies with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream topped with sprinkles. Also, the cream filled italian canolis, freshly made of course. You also missed the banana cream pie with real whipped cream. and 1 dozen Crispy Kreme honey dipped donuts.

Not much at all, you must be very small.

Ok, first of all, I'm assuming you're an adult, but I have no idea how tall you are or what body frame you have, nor do I know how big your portions were-how big was your bowl of cereal?how big was your salad?what size package of crackers did you eat?If they were all medium to small sized portions, you probably didn't consume an inordinate amount of calories to worry about. Why are you so freaked about this? Are you ok?Please email me if you need to talk!

Why don't you look at the packaging to see what the calories are per serving? If afraid that may be too much, may I suggest a warm, soapy enema? Just Kidding! But are the Brits required to have nutrtional information listed on packaging. If so, take a look at it.

Congratulations....you the worst diet i've ever heard of anyone eating.

How can you sit down and eat apple pie after you've already eaten not JUST oreos but the peanut butter ones AND crackers. Your diet is entirely carbs and fat with ZERO protein.
