Cheesecake, I love it!
Call me old school, but you can't go wrong with an ice-cream cake. I just think the concept of layered flavoured ice-cream in the shape of a cake, with different toppings and sprinkles, is a hoot. Birthday party favourite.
I also really enjoy baked cheesecakes. They just taste so good, with a nice light texture, and a thick crumbly crust.
