Golly! I always thought Merciasound was a man! Now reading previous poster I begin to wonder...?
Anyway, please may I be awkward and have a small bowl of porridge to start? Proper porridge made of medium oatmeal, non of your "instant" rubbish. Salted. Maybe with some single cream (since "they" abolished The gorgeous Topofthebottle :-) No juice this early in the day, thanks... It makes me queasy!
Then after a brisk walk along the beach to the river and back (I live directly on the sea shore). Back to base for "Second Breakfast", that wonderful continental invention almost as good as a British Breakfast! LOL!
Now... Bacon, black or white pudding (Merciasound has Irish roots maybe?), mushrooms (preferably those huge horse mushrooms sliced with loads of ground black pepper), fried bread and fried eggs done "just so", please! I also need a good dash of Worcester sauce over my eggs, please.
A "just so" fried eggs must have the white cooked through and no jelly bits left on the yolk -- that is really yucky. But yolk must still be runny enough and of course the eggs must be strong flavoured, bright orange from happy hens. If very large from an old hen at this time of year, then one will do, otherwise two small poulet eggs please. Maybe duck eggs are on offer? Then just the one.
That is my choice... Unless there are a lot of others round for breakfast too, in which case make it more simple and serve me scrambled eggs on toast with bacon and mushrooms on the side, please!
If I am able (should be proper full after all that!) I would like some chewy, nutty soda-bread toast and really strong flavoured home-made marmalade with loads of unsalted butter. You made fresh rolls? Well, maybe one of those if you are out of soda bread.
And coffee.
And a nice group of rosy-faced, happy friends sitting round the table chatting and sharing...
Mmmmmmmm......!!!
P.S. I am not fond of sausages, even from happy pigs. The horrors of childhood with disgusting lumps of gristle still badly affect me several decades later... And of course they are made from minced up near relatives! Bacon and black pudding does not seem quite so bad or disrespectful! LOL!

Very good except for the Hash Browns. They are not native English and were "imported" from the USA about 15 years ago. They became fashionable amongst the "fashionable people" and and took over from fried bread in the mainstream cafes. They should be no more part of a traditional full ENGLISH breakfast than croissants.
Chuck out the hash browns and add more fried bread.
You forgot to include specifically Golden Shread and brown sauce, but absolutely and definately not HP since Heinz did the dirty and closed the English factory then moved production to Holland. It should be boycotted because it's no longer English and the company did a dirty trick by their actions. The Tesco own brand is a very good substitute.
