I've seen this as 'Adios Mother----er' and Adios Amigo, I'm hoping this is the one you want:

Adios Mother Drink Recipe
Ingredients My Bar
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Gin
4 oz 7-Up
4 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Adios Mother Directions
Add vodka, gin, white rum and blue curacao to an ice-filled hurricane glass. Fill the glass with equal parts sour mix and 7-Up, garnish with a cherry, and serve.


Serve Adios Mother in a Hurricane Glass

Here's another, slightly different:

1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz 7-Up? soda

Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently
