Can i eat Boursin cheese after the best before date? And if so how long after & can it harm me etc?!

Eat it! it may have changed in chraracter and texture but if has gone hard, toast it.

I won`t eat anything out of date, even if it`s only one day. You will probably be sick and have a stomach ache, maybe food poisoning. BAD DO NOT EAT !
