Hi I always go for cheese as I love it, beans would be the healthier option but a good jacket potato is always best with cheese. You could always have cheese and beans together on your potato, or if you dont like that, either have cheese on your potato and beans at the side, or vice versa beans on you pototo and cheese on the side, I know if you like me I crave cheese if im thinking of having it, this way you wont off missed out and you will have made you meal healthier.

Be rash, have both. Beans are the healthier option.

beans are the healthier option, they are very high in fiber. they also used to be called the poor mans meat. that being said i love cheese so i would definitely have the cheese, you can always have the beans tomorrow since they keep longer.

If you want healthier have beans.
Why not have beans and a few slices of cheese not to thick though!

beans are healthier option

Personally i would have both , But i would prefer Cheese to Beans

Beans, especially if you can get the reduced sugar and salt variety.

Healthier is beans - no fat .... tastier is cheese and beans with cheese on first!

i suggest you cut them in half and fill half with ordinary cheese like grated cheddar and the other half with low fat baked beans then you can enjoy both without feeling guilty.

Why bother!
Have both!
Grated cheese on top of the beans....heavenly!

Both..........x
