It's a lot of chocci and NONE is any good for you.

But seeing as it's weekend I shall let you off, - now, where did I put that Toblerone..................! Have fun........x

Crikey, i have more than that just for my breakfast....

Calm down a bit, girl. You'll give yourself indigestion

Well, a lot of unhealthy foods in my opinion.
Don't freak over it though.

No thats fine! according to my mates,
they reassured me that im not alone!
gawd ivebeen eating so much lately i feel the same!!!

lol , not not really thou i dont see anything nutritent it that! eat loads but eat healthier! everything is good in moderation x

It's just a lot of unhealthy stuff, but it isn't LOADS. I eat MUCH more than that before 3 pm. LIKE MUCH MORE.

Depends what time you got up.
Breakfast, toast
Maybe not cupcakes for lunch and half a chocolate brownie but that amount doesn't sound an unreasonable amount for the day, but if you eat like that each day, you should maybe look at a healthy eating plan to include some fruit veg and fibre.

No! Its not too much unless you feel it is too much.

Terrible, terrible eating habits. Sorry :(

Without knowing you, I'm guessing you have a weight problem. Nothing to be too embarrassed about, but a problem none-the-less. Cramming so many carbohydrates into your body for breakfast is really just asking for it...the nutritional value is low, the caloric value is high and the effectiveness in satiating your appetite will be invariably inadequate. Anyone that eats a breakfast like that will get hungry before lunch, guaranteed.

For a more healthy and effective breakfast try eating something with a bit more protein (ham, smoked chicken, lean nitrate-free bacon etc), and substitute that butter for some mono unsaturated fat like olive oil or avocados. This will significantly curb your appetite and you'll find yourself voluntarily eating fewer calories throughout the day.

**Update** Oh ok, I thought this was your typical breakfast. A BMI of 19 is very good, on the lean side actually. So what are you worried about? :)

calm down! i eat over 12,000 calories a day! ur bmi is fine too and bad eating for one day wont kill u and u wont gain weight! u can eat a bit more sometimes! it might be good 4 u

It's not that much, I know somebody who eats loads more than that but never gains weight. I do agree it's not the healthiest.
it's 10:34 AM, I didn't have dinner last night and I had a mug of cream of mushroom soup for lunch, and I ate an apple now, and I have a weight problem.
Each person is different, what may seem a lot of food, if somebody else ate it, would be hungry again soon after, or be unhealthily too much or too little for another. Age, metabolism, height and activity levels are all important when in consideration with food.

But personally, it doesn't seem to be that much. My mom's BF will have multiple bowls of cereal and other things for breakfast, sometimes, or toast(or english muffins) with poached eggs on it, three pieces with a bowl of cereal. Stuff like that

Well- I start the day with 2 slices of wholemeal toast with either peanut butter&marmite, hoummus or avocado, also some seeds sprinkled on top. That way I at least get all the fat and protein I need and have all day to digest it. The rest of the day's meals tend to be fruit&veg, veggie soups, salads, etc.
Of course I indulge a bit - I love good coffee, real ale, home-made wine.................
Thing is - eat as healthy as you can, but make sure you enjoy it as well. If I ate 4 cupcakes, I'd go for a brisk walk!
And try to have fair-trade chocolate, coffee, sugar, etc. Tastes better, you eat less, and the growers benefit!

Wow ! how lucky you are.. I know some people cannot gain weight no matter how much they eat. It's something about their metabolism in their bodies.
