Calcium is important to your growth, but milk isn't the only place to get it. If you like other milk products, like cheese, yogurt, etc, then you're getting calcium there. Dark, leafy veggies also have calcium.
In the U.S., the concept that you must drink milk to grow is a giant advertising and dairy industry lobbing campaign that really stuck.
yeah its bad
you need it to grow and have strong bones
you should start drinking it again, even if its with cereal
no it's good milk isn't as good as people like to believe it is best in it's raw form....the calcium in milk is virtually unattainable a study found that a tribe who didn't EVER drink milk had NO osteoporosis

You need some form of calcium to fortify, build and strengthen your bones. Dairy products such as low-fat cheese, yogurts, and some puddings (low-fat rice pudding, for example) provide a good source of calcium. If you start drinking it again, it might be best to develop a taste for 1% or 2% milk.
well not really maybe you don't have the taste for milk any more
You should drink some milk but a glass/day is enough. Try skim milk. Just start eating yogurt; soft cheeses & take a Calcium citrate with Vit D3 supplement (800-1000mg).
From birth until the day you die you will need milk try: drinking it cold, get the milk in the carton that you can store in the cabinets, eat more foods with milk included(cheese etc.) or try my favorite sugar milk add a little sugar to the milk, try warm milk, milk is good for teeth/bones.......GOT MILK!
it is really bad girl. really bad! milk is important for your bones and theeth cuz has a lot of calcium.
