Buying it already made.

put milk in a cup and put it in th emicrowave for 2 minuntes and then stur the package in it.

Microwave water for 1:30 minutes; add 1 Tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder; stir into water. Add skim milk & Sweet 'n Low for really low calorie treat.:-D

I love to make it with warm milk. You warm the milk over the stove and stir in the chocolate mix. Its really rich.

I have to go with the majority on this one. Follow package directions, but replace the water with milk...extra rich and creamy!! Yum, delicious!! And if you're feeling extra naughty, top it off with a little whipped topping!!

MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

6 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

In a large saucepan combine 1 cup of the milk, the sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Gradually stir in remaining milk. Cook and stir until milk is very hot but not boiling. Do not boil. Gradually stir 1 cup of the hot milk mixture into eggs, then transfer entire mixture to saucepan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater until very frothy. Pour hot chocolate into mugs and dollop with whipped cream. Makes six 8-ounce servings.

HOT CHOCOLATE TO DIE FOR

2 to 3 oz. milk chocolate
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. half-and-half or cream

For each cup, in a double boiler combine the chocolate, butter and vanilla extract. Stir together until completely melted and smooth. Then add the half-and-half or cream slowly, incorporating it gradually as it heats, but do not boil. Serve over a handful of miniature marshmallows garnished with a dash of nutmeg.
