I cant answer that correctly because ive never traveled the whole world!! Everytime i think i have a favorite restaurant something better comes along!!

There's a restaurant called Sir Winston's on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, Ca. VERY EXPENSIVE Great food, great service, men have to wear ties, women have to be dressed up. Great atmosphere, makes me feel rich. Only been there twice a LONG time ago. After every portion of your meal, they bring something to cleanse your palate, like sorbet. And chocolate covered fruits included at the end of your meal. HEAVENLY!!!

In the whole WORLD? A small sandwich shop in Amesterdam not that far from the Anne Frank House... It is half way between the A.F.H. and the Flower Market...

In the US? Hum... China Town... In Chicago. You can't go wrong in China Town!! (Not a specific restaurant, China Town as a whole.)

Selarno's on Grand Avenue and, um, Racine? I think... GREAT pizza and the best Calzones I have ever had... And my father knows the best bakeries in the city...

My favorite is when my bf cooks just for me. It is way better then any resturant could ever be.

bucca di beppo. The best Italian food I've every had.

For upscale it's gotta be Cole's Chop House in Napa. Wonderful food, service, ambience, everything. For more casual, it's Piccolinos. Italian food sort of like Olive Garden, service isn't as great though, but you can sit on the patio. For really cheap there's Tres Hermanos (Mexican, no service) or Emmy Lou's (great little diner, clean, good service.)

Dave's Italian Kitchen in Evanston, Illinois.
-spinach ricotta cheese pie
-lasagna
-chicken Parmesan
-big salad with 1000 (unbelievable dressing)
-garlic bread (dripping with butter and chunks of garlic)

not all at once of course, that's enough food for a week!!

Au Cote D'Argent, Calais, France.

The owner is also the chef, he whips up the most amazingly delicious, yet simple dishes all made from local fresh produce. Try the langoustines or the lobster. He goes to so much effort in making everything he serves perfect. After the main course, there's a cheese cart which is stacked with a huge abundance of delicious cheeses, and to follow the dessert cart - where all of the desserts are home made and you can choose 3-4 options. He even goes to the trouble of making the madeleines and chocolate truffles for coffee himself.

Second choice - Feta's Corner, Paphos, Cyprus.
It's a little smoky in here, but the full meze is delicious. Similar to the Spanish tapas, they bring out atleast 20-25 small dishes for you to share. The place doesn't look like much from the inside or the out, but the cook in the kitchen can definitely cook.

Cracker Barrel - Great food, friendly waitstaff, and I've always left there full. What more could you ask for?

Bergkristall Oberstaufen restaurant in Bavaria-
If you think Lamb is good in Indiana, try the lamb here!!!

My favorite restaurant in the whole world is Johnny Carino's. The reason is because I love their spicy marinara sauce.
