hmm, I'm a pie and cookie fan too, so i eat this desert that has the pie filling baked into a cookie crust. If you want to make it at home, get your favorite pie filling and pour it on top a warm cookie of your choice! good luck!

Why not both depending on the type of cookies and pie, like apple pie/oreos,open oreos and lay on top of the pie. Or whatever combo you like.
