Holy crap I totally binged today...tell me what you think?!


Question: Started out pretty healthy. I ate a bowl of cereal, then:

I had 2 whoppers
Chocolate Ice cream
8 Nutty Bars
2 packages of Ramen Noodles

all in all i think i took in about 300+1500+1000+1200= about 4000 calories today....damn

i think im going to die right now.....ughghhgh

It's ok, just get back on the healthy eating tommorow. We all have an occasional binge day (Once a month for me, ha!). Just try to think why you binged and have a plan for the next time you feel that way. Keep healthy foods around and realize that you are what you eat so try to keep the bad foods to a minimum. Cheer up! :)

um mm.. time to go to the gym

Take Pepto Bismol. We all binge once in a while. I hope you enjoyed it all:-)

Whoa! Well, take today as a lesson for tomorrow and eat more moderately. Eat spicy food...you eat less of it and the spice makes you feel full faster.

Do you have any exercise equipment? You might feel a whole lot better after a 30 minute workout.

You know youre not REALLY bad until youre able to eat 2 whoppers without barfing. I hate to say it, but we've lost you

Ew, thats appauling.
I suggest purge and then only eat around 200 calories tomorrow. Ugh, thats disgusting.
