What's the difference dried oregano and ground oregano?!

Question: Oregano is a member of the mint family and a species of Marjoram.

Oregano is widely know as a culinary spice and is probably most often used in its dried form.
The stems can get very woody, with oval, sometimes fuzzy, dark green leaves in opposite pairs. The flowers stalks are spiky and may be white, pink or purple.

The difference is that :

The dried leaves are used to make a seasoning. A must for pasta, spaghetti sauces, pizza, favorite Italian dishes.

Ground Oregano is great for using in rubs.
