Is it rude to "cut" spaghetti with your teeth as you eat?!

Question: What is the most proper way of eating spaghetti? Is it better to slurp up long strings of it or to cut it with your teeth?

The proper way to eat spaghetti is to take your fork grab some spaghetti then twirl it against your spoon but only take enough for a bite.

I guess it's more proper to cut it with your teeth or wrap it onto your fork and eat it like that, but any way is fine if you're not eating out somewhere.

Eat how you like
it doesn't matter how it gets in
it all ends up in the same place

It all depends on who your with and where your eating... if your eating a restaurant ya probably. you should take small bites so that you can eat it in one bite without slurping or cut it, but i dont i just dig in and go crazy...lol

We were taught to begin with a few strands from the edge of the plate and swirl the around the fork.
Any stray ends were then cut with your spoon and you had a tidy mouthful on your fork.

Twirl a mouthful [not a huge amount obviously but enough] onto the end of your fork!

I sure hope so
