Kangaroo meat....very tender....Too bad they don't sell them in the supermarket anymore....

Edit: Why the thumbs down? I live in Australia for god's sake and they do sell them at butchers....Too bad your never going to enjoy the lovely experience of eating Kanga...Visit the Northern Territory, they serve Crocodile meat there....

Nothing beats a big thick steak in a pool of blood with a little horse radish on the side!

I really am not a huge fan of game meats. I eat it on occasion, but I prefer meats with more versatility like poultry. Poultry takes seasoning really well and cooks fast.

I can tell you dog meat is really stringy and gamy. Aside from my views of not eating pets, I just did not care for the grisly texture of it.

chicken..it's so versatile! You can make a million different dishes with it! I have to give the Rib-eye steak (beef) some love too!
