What's the best way to prepare Ramen noodles?!
Answers: A lot of my friends add a whole bunch of different things to their noodles. e.g. My boyfriend drains out most of the water, mixes it with the seasoning pack, and adds cheese. My friend Jennie mixes it with scrambled eggs, garlic salt, and bacon bits. What funky ways do you like to eat Ramen?
cook the noodles in the water...till almost done but not quite.. take a good sized frying pan and on one side do your meat it can be chicken, ham, pork, or steak and fry it and on the other side of the pan do some veggies such as chopped carrots and green onions..green peppers if you have them and fry those till done...take the seasoning packet and some soy sauce and mix the noodles in with the veggies and meat...let it simmer for a few minutes..and yumyum you have some good eats....
...with SCIENCE!
I put hotsauce in mine. My hairdresser said he used to put hotdogs, mustard, hotsauce, chicken... basically anything he could find
Cook noodles as directed. When they are almost done,
(like 2 minutes of them in water), crack a raw egg in there
and swirl it around gently.
Also cut up some scallions/green onions in it.
If you like spicy thing, add Texas Pete or Chohula hot sauce.
I do many things with ramen. My favorite is eating them raw, I stick them in a zip lock bag, crush them up, and then put the seasoning in it.
I also cook the noodles, drain the water and put butter in it.
I love cooking it the regular way and then put Tony Chachere's in it. ( a new orleans spice)
Well, seeing as how I'm your boyfriend, I drain out most of the water, mix it with the seasoning pack, and add cheese...LOTS of cheese...Hehe. Jennie does make some kick-*ss Ramen though. I love you!
I go to the asian grocery store and get crystal noodles, sessame. I also get the kim chi. I used to get the mr noodles and campels and make them in funky ways but now I have found ramen that tastes sooo good it does not need any fixing.
i cooked it with ground pork then add chili pepper, sugar, and lime juice.
Satay onion, garlic and ketjap manis - oh yeah!
i like it this a-way:
cook and drain ramen, add 2 Tbsp butter, seasoning packet to taste, and enough milk to make it creamy. it sounds gross, but if you get enough milk it's very good.
also.....
again cook and drain well. put some oil or butter in a pan over med. to med-hi heat, when it's hot fry the noodles with the seasoning. mmm (veggies are good too if you need to feel a little better about eating ramen:) ) and sometimes i add this sauce after frying:
2 Tbsp tahini (or peanut butter)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp water
dash ginger powder
dash garlic powder
dash red chile flakes
mix and adjust to taste
I'm half Asian and Mexican so when I'm in my
"Asian" mood
I make my noodles as directed
and add siriancha hot chili sauce
hosin sauce
lime
Chinese basil
and two boiled quail eggs
when I'm in my "Mexican"
mood
it's a ton of tapatio or jalapeno
cilantro
and lime
