Im a teen and a little confused?!
breakfast:
pack of lowfat cottage cheese and black tea
lunch:
noodles with veggies but the real chinese ones and they are vey healthy
dinner:
some backed beef with beans
snacks:
chocolate bar (around 330 cals) and 2 big apples
i was thinking about drinking cocoa with milk (the nesquik one) but dunno if i should?

Answers: hey i used to be anorexic but now i've almost completly recovered... could u please tell me if i ate good and if i ate oo much or need more? my weight is normal now

Maybe try to incorporate more protein throughtout your day instead of consuming it in primarily one meal, this will help you feel better and stronger throughout your day. I would also suggest eating a bit more for breakfast such as adding fruit or toast with your cottage cheese and tea. For your snack, maybe replace the chocolate bar with pretzels and peanutbutter or slices or cheese and fruit. Finally i would encourage you to drink the chocolate milk because it has calcium that is vital to your bones.Good luck and keep up the great work!
You are eating pretty well. Try to incorporate more fruits and veggies. And go for the cocoa. It's not that bad for you.

Im not sure about the calories but allthough it's not a ton of calories, it's still fairly healthy.

I think you need to eat more food, yes you should drink the cocoa. What you have been eating sounds ok I was told breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day this is what my doctor said, so you should eat a bigger breafast because it is what gives you most of your fuel for your brain and you day. You should eat alot of fruit, veggies, and protein.
