Yes. Fried deer stakes with a little garlic salt are very good.
Properly prepared venison is a culinary delicacy.
it is very good indeed. deer chops on the grill is awesome.
No that is something I've never tried along with squid, frog legs and caviar. Squid I feel would be too slimy, frog legs is an ewww to me and eating fish eggs-no way regardless of how yummy people say it is. I heard that deer meat taste gamy. I have a cousin in New Jersey that is a hunter and we visited him and he offered us some deer meat but I declined. I'm not sure why I declined the deer meat but I believe the cartoon Bambi came to mind :-).
Have you tasted it and if so how did you like it?
Take it and have it ground up with 10% beef fat added to fry it to make burgers, add 10% pork fat and sage to make sausage, cube to make cubed steaks, cook whole on a grill covered for a roast. Use the hamburger to make really good chili, spaghetti, tacos, and hamburger helper. The sausage is way healthier than pork sausage and it tastes good too. I like link sausages made from it the best. It's all good though.
Yes, and I didn't care for it. Tasted gamey.
I wonder what happened to her mom?

Yes and it cooks alot like beef does. It also makes excellent sausage.... but I've had mine does at a meat locker.
Yes quite good if cooked properly
My family and I are avid hunters, and love the meat. The key to good venison is the way the animal is taken care of in the field. Also, the way it is processed. We do our own, including grinding the hamburger. We know exactly what is in it, and more importantly, what's not! It's deliicious if cared for, and prepared correctly.
