usually when I eat sushi I have about 12 -15 pieces, it depends on how hungry I am. you can have sushi as often as you like but be sure you're getting it from a restaurant/store that you can trust, you don't want bad sushi!

i usually eat about two different kinds, plus I like to get that seeweed salad. I only get real good sushi. My favorite place in Napa Valley is a place called Go Fish. It is so good.
