Answers: I'm hungry and I wanna try eating healthy. What can I make?!
something simple, too!
Last night I made this and it only took 30 mins!
1 small piece of Salmon w/skin
2 small pieces Talapia
4 large Prawns
1/2 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
Fresh ground pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 Jar of prepared Pasta Sauce
Angel Hair Pasta
Add onion/garlic to 1T oil in large hot skillet
brown stirring constantly - add sauce directly to pan and add fish pieces place salmon skin side up make sure fish is submerged in sauce use spoon to make sure its covered w/sauce then turn pan down to med low and cover with tight fitting top - allow fish to simmer in sauce for approx 20 mins - add the shrimp they will cook on a few mins
Boil water and prepare pasta - drain and set aside
after 30 mins plate pasta
place salmon skin side up on top of pasta - remove skin,
the Talapia will break apart so stir the sauce - now add the mixture and 4 prawns over the salmon & pasta.
Serve with green salad and crusty garlic bread -
Its a cheap and healthy, yet elegant dish -

For a snack try a cup of cottage chesse with some cantalope or strawberries, low pat popcorn, or cheese string with ham, there are so many good healthy snacks to prepare...oh here's a good one try a smoothie containing 1 cup of yogurt 1 cup of skim milk and 3 to 4 strawberries.
peanut butter spread on celery is good
fruit salad... just take half of a banana, a couple strawberries, grapes, pineapple... whatever u like...
or try a ham and cream cheese (nf of course) bagel...
or a salad... the trick is to use only about a cup of lettuce (green leaf, romaine, spiniach... etc.) and two veggies (3/4 cup each)... ur veggies should be something like bell peppers, matchstick carrots, broccoli, etc. then put 4 oz of a lean meat, like turkey, chicken, shrimp, etc. only use 2 tbsp of a clear dressing (i.e. not creamy) basalmic vingerette, italian, etc. u get the idea....
a cup of yogurt works too! lol!! :)
a small sandwich with vegetables (lettuce, onions, etc), low-fat meat, and no cheese. a piece of fruit. a glass of milk. and a cookie.
