What are the healthiest foods you can eat?!


Question: I'm into health and fitness and I've done some of my own research and came back with the following healthy foods: (they're my personal favorite, if you have any other foods, please feel free to share!)

1)Green/White/Black/Oolon... teas.

2)Tomatoes

3)avocados

4)noni/mangosteen/acai/po... drinks or fruits

5)whole wheat bread

6)Soy products/soy yogurt

7)Whole food supplements/bars/food

8)Broccoli

9)Fish

10)fruits

Spinach and other leafy greens!

You missed celery, you use more calories eating it than it actually has, and it close to 90% water.

Most if not all vegetables.

brown rice

I would add to that blueberries, oatmeal, walnuts and molasses. I also like hemp protein powder. All these combined makes an awesome power breakfast.

last but not least..........:Parsley

It depends on what aspect of healthy you are talking about. Most foods except perhaps the most overly processed have some merit.

Chocolate and wine in moderation are good for you. especially dark chocolate and French red (S.W. France / Bordeaux wines have apparently more tannins and antioxidants)

1) Raisins- potassium,iron,magnesium,zinc
2)Blueberries-antioxidents
3)Salmon-omegas
4)Dark leafy Green Vegetables-loaded vitamins/minerals
5)Whole grains-Fiber
6) Pomegranate-antioxidents and vitamins
7) Dark Chocolate-flavonoids,catechins

Kefir. It's a yogurt drink that's supposedly one of the healthiest things you can consume.

Pomegranates. They're loaded with anti-oxidants.

Cottage Cheese. It's a low-fat way to get a lot of protein and potassium.
