you should eat milk for energy with biscut then you can start your meal.

Cereal, or eggs.

Plenty of fruit

a log and a tree tast good on wholemeal toast , with a sprinkle of nutmeg!

me personally I eat three sasauges, grits , with two pieces of toast and strawberry jam and a glass of milk.... thats like twice a week or I just have a bowl of cereal and some orange or apple juice.

nice big bowl of cerel and a cup of orange or apple juice

a beligum (big waffles) waffle topped with cherries ice cream (vanilla) and cool whip and you can also add strawberries and for a drink juice it is so yum yum yum

In the breakfast? I take it you're not American - nothing wrong with that. It's kinda cute - in fact my fiance talks kinda like that and I love it. Now to the point... it's a pretty silly question. How about whatever the heck kinda healthy food you want? Bacon and eggs occasionally won't kill ya. Neither will Captain Crunch or Lucky Charms. On the healthier side - go with hard-boiled eggs, fruit, oatmeal or like I often do - leftovers. When I was 13 I'd make things like spaghetti sandwiches and get on the bus. To each his own. Where are you from and where do you live? wailzongtr@aol.com

Cereal is a common choice,
and home made fruit juice.
