Which is healthier, fruits or vegetables?!

Question: I think both are great for you to eat. But I go with vegetables first.

Answers: I think both are great for you to eat. But I go with vegetables first.

both

i think veggies are.....but both fruit and vegetables are good for you!

They're both very good for you, but fruit contains more sugar, so we should eat more veggies than fruit.

both

Both; they both have certain vitamins and nutrients that are good for you.

I'd assume that they're equally healthy. That is why they always group them together. Fruits, usually, have the better taste so most people enjoy them a little bit more.

To eat both is healthy

If you have to choose, it would be vegetables. Broccoli, for instance, may help to prevent cancer. While many fruits are good for you, they also have high levels of natural sugars.

That really depends on the fruit and/or vegetable and any conditions you may have. For a general good read, see link below.

Neither is healthier than the other. You need them both. Both are good for you and work together as a team to make you healthy, happy and strong.

both very good for you, but if you are chosing one its veg.

Both are healthy, however, fruit turns to sugar - which can turn into calories, vegetables do not.

VEGETABLES

Depends what fruit and veg. All fruit and veg contain high levels of vitamins and nutritional properties. Look up 'Nature's Superfoods' and you'll see which particular fruits and veg are bursting with immune boosting, disese fighting, health improving nutrition, such as Blueberries, broccoli and spinich.

I would think that fruit would be healthier, because it will give you some food value for your body to run on.

i think they both have good vitamins and minerals and essential health value, one could be better (health wise) than the other, but i'm not sure, one difference i'm positive about is that fruits are sweeter, and veggies can be spiced up or seasoned according to particular individuals, therefore, im going to have to say fruits are probably eaten in a much more healthy manner than veggies!

They are both healthy for you. Our bodies need both and a variety to get all the vitamins and other nutrients each day. Eating them raw is much better for you. When you cook veggies or process fruit they loose at least 50% of their nutrients never mind their taste. Juicing is the best of both worlds but watch the calories!!!
