Is this meal plan healthy?!


Question: Breakfast- Kashi Go Lean Cereal, 1/2 Grapefruit

Snack- Fruit/Veggies- Carrots, Bell peppers, Melon- whatever i'm in the mood for

Lunch- Cheerios, Fruit, Veggies

Snack

Dinner- Tuna/Salmon/Lima Beans

I will also be drinking lots of water, green tea and taking Omega 3 supplements and Flax Seeds

An amazingly healthy diet...one of the best I've seen.

The only change I would recommend is swapping out the cheerios at lunch with something that has protein. Your lunch doesn't have any protein whatsoever.

Everything else is spot on. Well done on adding omega-3 supps. and drinking the green tea. All the fatty acids and antioxidants will keep you looking young and healthy.

obviously yes. you should drink soy or hemp milk to get the omegas. and where is the yogurt in all of this? you need more protein. try fruit smoothies with flax seed powder and you could put yogurt in the smoothie even. remember getting nutrition from food is allllways better than supplements.
