What is the best way to clean a George Foreman griller??!
Answers: small kitchen type?
warm soapy water while it's still warm, just like u would a fry pan
There is no easy way! You just have to bring it over to the sink and start slathering it on the counte. It makes a big mess, but that's the only way I know.
Warm soapy water on a soft cloth or paper towel
Clean it while it's hot with mild dish detergent on a cloth and than rinse well and wipe it down until dry. You can use a scrubby dubby lightly if needed. Good Luck!
They come with a small scraper. Scrape all the leftover stuff off, then clean with a warm, wet paper towel. Then take another paper towel and use white vinegar (this will cut the grease).
Bring it back to heat then clean the worst debris with damp paper towel. Then take a damp soft cloth and clean the rest off, works for me.
I love my George Foreman griller. I have the small type you have. The two hamburger type. I put it into the sink (empty sink...NOT full of water) and wash it with a sponge and soap, and then i turn the faucet on and put it under the sprayer. (Like I give it a shower.) I know you aren't supposed to, but i've been doing it that way for years and I'm telling you my griller is still completely clean and still works. There is no way you can get it properly clean without doing that.
No! Don't use a scrubby on teflon, ever! You'll remove the non-stick coating.
*hot* water, dish soap and a paper towel are what I use.
Also, never immerse the grill in water. Clean it on the counter top.
After you use it and it is still hot, unplug and put wet paper towels in and close lid. Leave for a few minutes and wipe out.
with grees remover and a cloth
