A regular sized Turkey sandwich has the following calories:

800 calories/32g fat/4g fiber/77g carbs
18 WW (Weight Watchers) points value

I got this info from www.dwlz.com in their restaurant section. This is the website that is HOT on the Weight Watcher's Chat Boards and used by everyone who's on the WW program. Please note that there was no mention of cheese being included.

well if it's junk then it could be as high as maybe 90 to 120.but if it is the healthy version then it will be about 60 to 90 calories.okay!
