Dependable braking technique when pouring grated sharp cheese into scrambled eggs?!

Question: Lower the heat.
Keep stirring as you spread the eggs into a larger pan filled circle.
Keep the egg mixture thin, like a crepe
Pour the shredded cheese onto one half
Fold the other half over the egg/cheese mixture.

enjoy

If you are looking at mixing them together, then lower the heat, stir as you drop the cheese in so that it doesn't burn on the bottom.
