From 6am-noon it is coffee. After that all coffee stops until the end of my day. From coffee, it's then water, water and more water. I have been having a hard time drinking my water, so I have gone to Vitamin Water. I like the acai-blueberry-pomegranate one. It is called XXX because of the triple antioxidants. I mix a little bit of it in my bottle of cold water and drink one a day. Yes it does have some calories and carbs, but to help me drink my water it is worth it. Hope it helps!
