A Quick Alertness Boost?!


Question: Hey everyone. Due to necessary sleep deprivation, I often find it hard to keep awake in class.
Thus, I was looking for an alertness boost during class. What came to mind was Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans in which I haven't tried yet.
Is there anything out there that can give me a quick boost of energy/alertness?

There are candies called Buzz Bites, which have 100 milligrams of caffeine, almost as much as coffee.

You can get Foosh Energy Mints, which also have 100 milligrams of caffeine.

Try guarana pills. They release into your system more slowly and steadily than traditional caffeine pills.

Stay away from traditional energy drinks, as they are loaded with sugar and will make you crash. Whenever you try any of these energy ideas, make sure you supplement it with some protein, fat, and liquid to make it last longer. Soy milk would be perfect.
